Description
This variety features small polyps with a bright yellow face, dark outer ring and center, and a bright yellow skirt. In high light the center sometimes develops a white coloration; these are sometimes called ‘scrambled eggs’ as a result.
These hold their color in high light or low light, and are one of the brightest, truest yellow zoanthids I’ve ever seen under either blue lights or whites. Never green – always yellow.
Like all zoanthids, these like plenty of nutrients, and will thrive in a wide variety of light and flow levels.
The frag you purchase will come from the same lineage as the image shown, and will have a similar number of polyps, but because of natural variation among frags yours may not look identical to this image.
