Description
The branching hammer coral, Euphyllia parancora, is the faster growing cousin of the Torch (Euphyllia glabrescens). Like Torches, this coral features large fleshy tentacles that wave in the current, adding color and motion to your tank. This is a hardy coral and a great addition to any reef tank. It will thrive in a wide range of conditions, but does best with moderate flow and light, and plenty of nutrients.
This variety is splattered with fluorescent green on a dark background. Individual tentacles are often patterned with distinctive swirls of this color. One of the brightest and most interesting patterns we’ve come across in a hammer.
The frag you purchase will come from the same lineage as the image shown, and will be similar in size. However, because of natural variation among frags yours may not look identical to this image.
Like all hard corals, this requires overnight shipping.
