By far the most reliable carrier in our experience. If UPS deliveries to your address are often late, consider shipping your order to your local UPS Store for pickup.
Guaranteed to arrive alive

You're ordering live corals, so if they aren't alive when they get to you, we'll replace them or send you a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Refunds, not just store credit

In the rare event a coral shows up DOA, you get a replacement or refund - not just store credit.

How to request a refund

Please read these instructions carefully, because we can ONLY replace or refund DOA corals that are documented as described here.

Get in touch right away

Please send your images within FOUR (4) HOURS of receiving the corals.
Send us a photo

Please send a photograph any DOA coral in its original packaging.
All photos must be clearly focused and not blue-saturated.

Please DO NOT:

Remove DOA corals from the bag

To qualify for a refund your photos must show the corals in their original, unopened packaging.
Once the coral is exposed to your tank's water, it's yours and no refunds can be issued.
Dip the corals in medications

You must evaluate your corals' condition before dipping them in any medications.
Once you dip the coral, its yours and no refunds can be issued.
Wait to contact us

If the corals are dead on arrival we need you to contact us right away, not several days later.

Any of these actions voids the guarantee. No exceptions can be made. Please make sure to evaluate your corals’ condition on arrival and contact us right away!

We offer FREE 2-day shipping option for hardy soft corals and zoas. We also offer Overnight Shipping for more sensitive corals. Larger orders ship for FREE!
