Description
Favia are LPS with encrusting or brain growth habits. These are the classic LPS – they do best in low to moderate flow and light with plenty of nutrients. But like most LPS, they tolerate a wide range of conditions, making them excellent choices for a new tank.
This variety has a dark base color, with intense bright green rings surrounding each mouth. This eye catching pattern would stand out on its own but its also one of the brightest green of any LPS we’ve seen. Fast-growing too.
These are large, multi-polyp frags similar to the image shown here. However, because of natural variation among frags yours may not look identical to this image.
